I have been baking cakes for a very long time but lately everytime I bake a cake and finish frosting the cake, I notice that after a while the cake began to split in 3 places. I have done everything the same way I always have and I never had this problem before. What do you think is the reason my cakes are splitting? I usually use Cream cheese frosting, the cakes are even and they are cooled but they are splitting after frosting. I am very puzzle by this, please help!!
