So I'm kinda late on the seafood game. The deepest I have gone is purchasing some sardines, clams in bpa free cans at the health food store. But was curious about trying good quality oysters, but not sure how to store etc. I don't want to eat them raw just yet, but somehow purchasing them, then doing what ya do to make them, which is what? lol See newbie. Just a good source in Los Angeles, for seafood, oysters, clams, Wild lox, not farmed...Trying to up my DHA.
