I attended a fun, work team building event the other night at Paulding & Co in E-Ville. One of the items we made was fresh mozzarella. Terry Paulding mentioned that it is really difficult to find good mozzarella curd locally. Does anyone have any sources? I'm willing to drive south to San Jose and north to Napa. I did find a source on line from the Mozzarella Company out of TX.
