Business dinner...specific parameters

I am coming down from NYC on Monday 12/12 for a business dinner with one of our most important clients. I would like to find a dinner venue which works for this crowd. Here are the parameters:

1) Good food is key, but the senior client is not a "food person" and thus nothing too delicate, challenging, or high concept will work.

2) Cost is not an issue.

3) Location is somewhat flexible. The client is located in Potomac/Bethesda, but I think eating downtown won't be a problem. Some of the clients have indicated a desire to eat in Georgetown, but we can always head there for drinks after.

4) We'll be 6-8 people, so the restaurant needs to do well with groups. Can't be too loud either...we want to be able to talk.

Any thoughts on a place for dinner (and heck, even a place for drinks after) would be appreciated. Here are some places that came to mind:

- Vidalia
- Kinkead's
- Charlie Palmer Steak
- Prime Rib

Thanks all!
