Broadway Bistro (Providence) review

Stopped by Saturday night after declining to wait at Julians for 45 minutes. Man was I impressed. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between neighborhood funky joint and upscale bistro. I think you would be equally comfortable here with your parents or with your college buddies.

My wife and I both got the cripsy duck taco's. Wow! The duck was indeed nice and crispy and rich meat was perfect for the cilantro, avacado, etc. I am definitely going back and getting this dish. It came with a very tasty blackbean side dish. The rest of the menu was fairly small - which I happen to like.

Good wine list by the glass. Unfortunately, no beer on tap. But the bottle selection was decent. The owner/chef used to work at Cafe Nuovo. Love this place!
