How do you guys feel about bringing your own condiments to a restaurant?

Do you guys sneak it in? Or, just go in plop it right down on the table as the ice water is served?

Does your answer change if the condiment is homemade v. store bought?

Does your answer change depending on the restaurant (fine dining v. more casual sit-down place)?
