this is i guess similar to the previous pulled teeth discussion, but not quite -
i just got braces (and no, i am not an adolescent) and they Hurt! i'm not expecting to eat much crunchy or chewy foods for a while. also, vegetables (like broccoli and spinach) that conspicuously cling to my braces :)
this is difficult because i happen to love vegetables and also because i need to low-carb (no rice, no sugar, not much pasta or potato, etc), for health reasons. most of the suggestions on the previous post were very high-sugar, high-carb foods.
any suggestions for this desperate metal-mouth? thanks!
