Stopped into BonChow for their soft opening. Things were in slight disarray as is expected for the first day open. They were only serving chicken and fries and they had already run out of the drumsticks. Fries we're crispy but definitely frozen and not fresh cut. We tried both the chicken wings and strips in their soy garlic and hot sauces and both were delicious!! They use a double fry method so everything is really crispy and tasty. Will definitely go back to experience the full menu.
