SF hound visited last weekend. Beginning to end it was outstanding.
Carrot soup amuse bouche was made with juiced, not cooked carrots, so it tasted fresher than most soups. Farm fresh egg was poached and the yolk was perfect for dipping the morel and asparagus. You could taste the different varieties in the Lettuce soup.
My entree was the grilled hamachi. I expected a milder taste. My first reaction was my thats fishy, my next was MY thats fishy, as I realized it tasted exactly as it should and of the sea. I enjoyed the fromage blanc souffle more than the really tasty choco bread pudding.
