I have purchased a sub £100 (£70) induction incompatible copper coated tri ply pan (aluminium + stainless steel).
It arrived today with the blemish on the front depicted on the first image below.
Apologies as I am new to this type of cookware and didn't know if such imperfections were inevitable or whether I should exchange it for a stainless steel and aluminium try ply pan instead?
Aesthetics don't bother me but if this suggests cooking functionality would be well below par I would rather invest the cash in another item.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
