Black magic cake how to decorate/ what icing to use

i made the black magic cake from all recipes today and it didn't turn out quite how I expected it raised unevenly and is thin on one side fluffy on the other I used a big round pan so it kind of looks like a pie or something lol . But I is very moist and seems it will taste great.

What do I do to fix it up I have can icing , icing sugar, vanilla, vanilla and chocolate custard powder, shortening, brown sugar blends splenda, ... Sugar , flour, pistachios , walnuts, sesame seeds, some star tips and a flour tip for decorating and a few other things I'm sure I forgot oh peanut butter ( whipped) and molasses , orange flower water and rose water.

I was thinking to cut he cake in half and make a 2'layer half cake it's for my husband and it's just going to be us and e kids I could still make it nice originally I diet want a layer cake but it's lopsided so I thought it's an easy fix .
What do you guys think?
