My Chowhound Friends: Help!
I am going out tomorrow on a blind date with a chowhound from NYC. He is originally from Boston, coming up here for one night on business and we are going to meet and dine. He suggested Craigie St., Clio and Radius and left the door open for me to suggest other options.
I am inclined to go to Clio as I have recently been to Craigie St. (and loved it) and the pacing of the food is so slow, that is we don't hit it off, dinner may seem interminable. I was also thinking of the Federalist, Upstairs on the Square, Great Bay.
Thoughts? The key is good food, an atmosphere conducive to romance, but not so conducive that it is jarring if no sparks arise.
Wish me luck!
