Bellini's on Yorkville

Jaclyn | Feb 13, 2006 08:09 AM

Hi

A had friends birthday dinner for 12 at Bellini's on Yorkville ave saturday night..my first time there. The service was friendly and attentive, always refilling wine - taking our orders and delivering plates in a timely fashion. I had the hearts of romaine to start, followed by the farfalle with chicken and veg and finally the raspberry bread pudding to end...the caesar dressing was very good, and the farfelle was done perfectly, not your typical heavy pasta..the bread pudding wasnt my favorite..some of our other selections were the froie gras to start, which most of the group had and raved about...the gnocchi the birthday girl had was heaven and the lamd shank was also raved about, even as the evening continued to the next bar!

All in all a very good experience..I can see why this place has been around for so long
