Half a beef tenderloin--what next?

We chowed on half a beef tenderloin yesterday, made into lovely filets. Now I've got the unsymmetrical end half--not the clean filet section. Suggestions for preparation? My initial thought was beef stroganoff but I'm sure there are more intriguing options out there--'hounds help me out?
