Willie Jane: http://williejane.com/ served up some pretty good Carolina Style Ribs. A happy hour $10 1/2 rack is pretty small, but very tasty. A vinegar base glaze and cherry smoked. I was hoping for the fried chicken, but did not appear on the happy hour menu. They are small boned, baby backs. I don't think the turnover is super high, so I'm not thinking they smoke them everyday, but they didn't have the left over flavor - overall, I'd do it again.
