Barbacoa - Curried Goat?

Had a bit of a mix-up at the local Supermercado and ended up with a little over a pound of barbacoa, roasted goat meat (I wanted a little goat but a pound of carnitas, they reversed the order as my Spanish is horrible). By itself, it's a little too strong to me, but in general I do love curried goat, more Caribbean style than Indian curried goat. Do any of you have any ideas about how to go about turning this pound of pre-cooked goat meat into a great curried goat dish?
