Restaurants & Bars 8

I am looking up recipes for Tiramisu on for a party next Sunday night SO is hosting for a certain returning tv show. One recipe is from Balducci's in NYC. I'm in Oklahoma. Is Balducci's the sort of place I'd want a recipe from?

Another is Buon'Appetito. I don't know if that's in NYC. If so, are they a likely recipe source?

The third (I skipped the Olive Garden version) involves Godiva Liqueur. I'm not a big fan of Godiva chocolate, (it often has a kind of whang to it like something has gone bad, which could have something to do with how long it takes to get here). Is the liqueur good?

For that matter, is there something I should be making for dessert instead?

Thanks much
