I want to make individual chocolate tarts. I just bought some tart pans that are about 1.5 inches in diameter (for those cute-as-a-button mini tarts) and some that are about 4 inches in diameter (not so cute, but more practical). If I have a recipe for one large tart, how do I determine the baking times for the smaller, individual tarts?
Also, I'm not married to my recipe. If you have a great chocolate filling please let me know. I'm looking for rich, creamy and gooey, not thick or cake-like.
