I know this is a really frazzled time for everyone, and I may not go through with this mega-cookie idea, but would appreciated input.
Did NOT do a search site. Figured I'd just go with a quick plea. Send me to a link, if you know of one. Thanks.
The back-of-the-bag Nestles Toll House has never failed me. I always underbake, 9 min, soft and gooey is
always okay with me and recipients in the past. They don't dry out. Also, good freezer candidate.
Question: If I use a larger portioner, Momofuku Milk Bar style, is this a possibility? My portioners don't have # on them One I think is a generous T; one is less than an ice cream scoop; and then I have an ice
cream scoop (not portioner).
Recipe calls for 375°.
Any thoughts on oven time for the ice cream scoop size?
Merry merry to all. Thanks.
