bacon-wrapped pork shoulder recipe from non-food magazine

Miriam | Oct 23, 200206:17 PM     1

My husband gets a variety of house and garden magazines (we're renovating...). Over the summer, I'd guess June or July issue, one of the magazines--House Beautiful, House and Garden, Dwell, perhaps, though I think H and G--did a story on a California winery that had a lovely menu with recipes: A bacon-wrapped roasted pork shoulder, various other stuff, and a pecan cake for dessert. Can't find it anywhere. The winery is a combination of the husband's and wife's names--sam something, or something sam. The pork recipe sounded superb. I've done an internet search, to no avail. Anybody? You can just email me, no need to take up space here. Thanks.
