Awwww, my first CSA

seefoo | Apr 10, 201904:58 PM     6

2 weeks ago, I couldn’t tell you what the acronym stood for. Today I picked up my first box of randomness. (Wife surprised me a few days ago)

Wife and I are moving towards more veggies, away from meat. (Although a meat CSA seems really cool)

It’s like that TV show “CHOPPED” for me. I open the box and I’m scrambling. I refuse to simply go with a salad. Hehe.

Okay, let’s do this. Tonight: Stir fried chard and beet greens with tofu. And scrambled eggs with the garlic chives. Tomorrow: the salad :)

I admit a cant stop snacking on the sunflower shoots. Maybe I should buy a tortoise? Haha.
