JugglerDave created the following cocktail for me last night, using the Asian Pear Cider from the Apple Lady at the 17th and South Farm Markets. It was great - the smoothness and sweetness of the cider went beautifully with the tart lime juice.

Asian Pear Margarita

3 parts fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 parts asian pear cider
3 parts premium silver tequila
1 part triple sec

put 5 or 6 ice cubes in cocktail shaker,
pour in above ingredients, shake vigorously
until ice cold; pour thru strainer.

(1 part = 1 ounce to make 2 drinks)
