Artisan cheese maker who wants a change

MBC123 | Aug 1, 201701:02 AM

Hi All
We are a small family run dairy farm in New Zealand, we currently sell fresh whole raw milk to the locals in the town where we live, they love our milk and now we are expanding into cheese manufacture,
We would like to meet any artisan cheese makers with experience that want a free trip to New Zealand to help us learn the ropes. Our small factory will be ready to manufacture cheese in October this year. We would offer a free trip here plus accommodation on the farm in the house in exchange for some tips and training. We are only small but hope to grow to around 1500 kgs per year. Have a look at the current web site for your milk and check out our beautiful location here in NZ. Google whitianga - New Zealand or farmgatemilk.co.nz
Any one is welcome to make contact and perhaps we can work something out together.
