Art of Pizza--downhill? or just me?

The last two times I got pizza from Art of Pizza I wouldn't say I wasn't happy, but I certainly wasn't blown away like I had been in the past. The crust was very soft and spongy and prety darn bland. The only exception was an area that got burnt. The sauce is still the same (very good) and the cheese is still average to just a little better than average. Overall I'd still say it's one of the better Chicago-style pizzas around but I'm curious if I'm the only person who has noticed this downward trend in quality. Even before I picked up my pizza I thought it was odd that they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. In the past it was always at least 45 minutes, which I've always thought was the standard for Chicago-style pizza (at least when dealing with pick-up/delivery). Are they cooking it differently now?

And, for the love of God, when is Old Chicago going to reopen!?
