We took our second trip to Apollo Grill last Friday and it was another fabulously delicious event. We started of with hot, crisp chicken and ginger wontons with a soy dipping sauce---very fresh, crips and succulent---not greasy. Perfect! For the entrees, we had the roasted chicken with cornbread stuffing a roasted vegetables, which was delicious. I can't say much more because my husband refused to share...all he kept saying was, "You've got to try this...next time!" Needless to say, I didn't share mine either! My entree was one of the specials...grilled MahiMahi with avocado salsa, grilled vegetables and ,I think, fresh plantain chips. Absolutely out of this world. We finished with a coconut creme brulee with a soft sugar cookie and coffee. The quality of food is outstanding at this restaurant and the portions are excellent as well. I have not had a dining experience like this since Squires Smoke and Game Club closed! And I'm not even paying close to what I would have paid at Squires! One of the best restaurants around---Tell your friends!
