amba - now what to do with it

just bought a large jar of this israeli/yemeni condiment at a local store. Basically, I find that Its a very salty fenugreek based mango pickle/sauce. Not that diff from an indian mango pickle except for the dominance of the fenugreeek. How do you like to use/eat this?
