Amaaaazing Rotisserie Chicken at Yummy Market

Ambaherd | Jul 7, 201911:43 PM     6

What's amaaazing about it is that (a) it isn't loaded with salt and chemical marinade like the chickens from Costco, Metro, Supercentre (b) it emerged from a Russian kitchen with very little salt. It actually tastes like chicken!

Overcooked a bit? Of course! You can take out the chicken from Yummy Market, but you can't take Yummy Market out of the chicken altogether.

Its a bigger chicken than the others, $10, available irregularly, call ahead I suppose. The Portuguese chickens from Supercentre used to be manageable, by they recently changed. They now are birds of a feather with the out and out chemical ones, whose trade name I have forgotten.

I have a rule not to buy anything else cooked or prepared by Yummy Market except for a couple of the salads.
