Adirondack gem

IF anybody is vacationing in the Adirondacks this summer, I was pleasantly surprised when I found this true gem in the middle of the wilderness. It is called Owl at Twilight, and the menu offers everything from a Hegel quote, to Nicaraguan beef, to rack of lamb. The cuisine is fusion -- a mix of French, South American, and Spanish. The wine list is long and the food quality is top-notch. I would highly recommend it if you're in the central Adirondacks region. It is located in Olmstedsville, not far from Minerva and Indian Lake.
