No acknowledgement on error in a Cooking Channel show

I caught a Bobby Flay show about South of France style brunch preparations, specifically Provence-based iirc, and was surprised that he incorrectly mentioned at least twice that the Sancerre that he was using for his featured brunch beverage is a product from the South of France. My wine-geography knowledge is sufficient enough for me to know that Sancerre is produced, and named after a town, in the Loire Valley and which is quite a distance from the South of France.

I got on the Cooking Channel’s website and navigated to the “contact us” url and wrote them an nice email about the incorrect reference. It’s been a month and I’ve never received any acknowledgement about my email, nor about the error that was committed in the show. I simply figured that a television network would at least show a little courtesy by replying or acknowledging the error. Oh well.
