I love the 99 Ranch Market because of their very low prices on shellfish and seafood.
The other day I found myself overwhelmed with the 20 different kinds of unknown (to me) varieties of fish. The Permit fish looked great, but what the heck is a "Permit" fish??
Has anyone cooked with any of their more unusual fish varieties and can advise or recommend some of the better choices. Any feedback would be much appreciated!
