The Easter Brunch went well and we boiled and dyed about 1/3 of
the eggs people brought. Now I'm left with more uncooked, undyed
eggs than I normally use in six months.
Any thoughs on good ways to get rid of these guys in a hurry?
I'm thinking pavlova, eierlikör, zabaione to start. Things that
use a large number of eggs and last a fair amount of time?
Can I freeze eggs? What about pickling?
It was really great to read through the last year's worth of egg
discussion here (I think I got a great egg salad recipe out of it)
but nothing seemed to be addressing this particular problem.
