Please help me make a short list of good cookbooks for my gift shop manager/buyer to take shopping to the Atlanta Gift Show in a couple of weeks. Celebrity chef cookbooks are easy to spot, but for a non-cook book buyer(she admits it) which titles would be good to have in the shop? We get our share of cooks looking at the titles we offer.
I hear several recurring titles that regulars refer to; can those of you who use cookbooks alot help me out? Which inspire you, which infuriate you, which perplex you?
