36" Gas Ranges

We've been shopping for a 36" gas range (all gas). I think we've narrowed our choices down to Bertazzoni A365GGVXS(~$3000), Electrolux Icon (~ high $3000's) model E36GGF76HPS, or the simplest Wolf model R366 (in the $5000's). My understanding from salespersons is that the Bertazzoni is an introductory model to pro ranges, has more looks than functionality. Doesn't cook as well as others. The Icon is a very reasonable compromise with the new glide out shelves, etc. And, of course, I've had my heart set on a Wolf for a long time. During the week I don't do a lot of baking, but on weekends and holidays, I juggle several courses in the oven/stovetop at once. Also to consider: one teenage boy who loves to cook but can be inadvertently be destructive. BTW, we also considered Capital, DCS, Verona. What would you advise?? Thank you so very much!!
