I will soon upgrade my pots for cooking spaghetti, pasta, rice, potatoes, smaller amounts of stocks and have considered Demeyere Proline 7-PLY, but wonder if 7-PLY really is too thick for this purpose instead of 5-PLY ?
Anyone with experience with the cooking pots from Demyere Proline 7-PLY series ?
I will buy a 4 liter, 5 liter and a dedicated spaghetti/stock pot 5 liter with insert.
But is 5-PLY better suited for these tasks than 7-PLY, not sure I really need the thicker 7-PLY for boiling/blanching/cooking purposes.
Budget in this case is not important at all.
