Visiting my family and my son suggested that we try 240 Union. Saw some good reviews on here and read the menu. Sounded good.

The three of us had the crab cakes and calamari for apps. Crab cake eaters thought they were good. The calamari eater loved the chili sauce on the tempura fried squid.

Special of the day was mahi, cooked perfectly in a pomengranite cherry tomato sauce.

On the menu we tried the maple glazed canadian salmon with fingerling potatoes in a bacon confit. Excellent. The lobster ravioli in brown butter sage sauce was very good, albeit a little too much butter and hence a tad greasy.

Very good service and excellent martinis. Mid range prices, but good value. Wine list is very fair and has many good choices.

Smart vibe to 240 Union. Good for business and families as well as dates. Open kitchen and good looking bar.
