Hi. We went to 20.21 at the Walker for lunch yesterday. Yes, it was loud, as the previous writer had reported, but, it was wonderful! Excellent service. Delicious beans with walnuts served as a taste tempter while we looked over the menu. My husband had the lobster/pork spring rolls, and said they were delicious, tasting mainly of the pork, however. For the main course, he had the salmon salad, which was excellent. I'm vegetarian, so, had the beet, goat cheese salad to start - just lovely - small rounds of cooked red and golden beet on the bottom, covered over by a layer of seasoned goat cheese, then a walnut, caramelized I think, then covered with a beet "chip", then mounded with cress. Beautifully presented, with a drizzle of vinaigrette and beet reduction (I think) around the plate. I had the angel hair pasta with wild mushrooms - delicious, very buttery. Next time I'd have a wedge of lemon with that to counterbalance the butter. The angel hair also available with a tomato/basil sauce. Other vegetarian options weren't listed, by our waitperson said some of the Asian dishes could be prepared as vegetarian. We shared the mixed sorbets for dessert - the lychee/lime was my very favorite, delicious and fragrant tasting. Didn't care for the mango very much - not sweet enough, and left an almost alkaline feel in the mouth. The pineapple/vanilla (?) was very nice. He had coffee, I had tea (very well prepared and presented). With tip, came to about $60. Beautiful presentation, very good service. Only drawbacks were the noise, and had to wait a bit too long for the dessert. I'd go back anytime. Hope you enjoy your visit there.
