The Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple invites you to our 2020 Cherry Blossom Festival Food and Craft Fair! It will be a special day of family fun and adventure, featuring a wide variety of handcrafted items from new and returning vendors who will delight you with their crafts. There will be food available for purchase that will entice you and free demonstrations that will amaze you.
This event features craftspeople from throughout the state who sell crafts that draw friends, families, and craft lovers from far and wide. Enjoy eating your favorite foods, like Sushi, Chinese Chicken Salad, Spam Musubi, Chicken Teriyaki Bowls, Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwiches, Curry Rice, Nikkei Chicken Wings, and more.
Watch as experts demonstrate making sushi rolls, Takoyaki (little pastries with a seafood filling), and other appetizing Japanese dishes. Enjoy eating as you browse through the many craft booths. Watch one of our many other demonstrations - try Japanese Obon Dancing while wearing a Japanese Happi Coat and using a Fan and a pair of Kachi Kachis (Japanese Castanets)!
