1st Timers in Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka & Kyoto

My wife and I are finally taking a delayed honeymoon. A bit last minute but we just bought tickets to Tokyo. Planning on doing 3 nights in Tokyo, a night in Hakone, and then 3 nights in Osaka with a day trip to Kyoto.

We'll be there Oct. 31 - Nov. 7 staying at the Hilton Tokyo and St. Regis Osaka.

Neither of us have ever been there so we want to try as much food as we can. All kinds. We'd like to do a Michelin starred restaurant that we can get into with 3 weeks notice, ideally spending around $200/person at the most, either sushi or kaiseki.

Looking for recommendations for a couple of adventerous non-Japanese speaking Americans. Everything from sushi to ramen to okonomiyaki to bars, markets and everything in-between in Tokyo, Osaka & Kyoto.

Also if anyone has any good recommendations for a ryokan with Mt. Fuji views (Hakone perhaps) I'd love to hear there.

Thanks for the help!
