In October, I planned a party but at the last minute it had to be cancelled. I had already cooked 5 lbs of beef roast and shredded it (I planned to make beef on a bun) I froze the beef and now I want to use it for Christmas any ideas ? The beef is seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
