We initially wanted to go celebrate at SAAM and go all out but we just purchased a house so we're on a tight budget. It's going to be our 10 year anniversary and we wanted to do something special around the $40-$60pp range. Our pick so far is brunch at Raya. They offer a3 course brunch with alcohol for $65pp. Are there any other suggestions? Would the Loft inside the Montage be as affordable? We're on a budget but want something breath taking and beautiful.

It doesn't have to be in the OC. We actually prefer LA. Since we are from the San Gabriel Valley.
