1/2 Head Plain Ol' Green Cabbage

What to do with the leftovers...I know it keeps, but I'd like to use it up.
I've recently made braised cabbage (to go with my home-made salt cod escapade) and stuffed cabbage leaves. Want something cooked, ie. no salads or slaws, but I'm coming up with blanks for some reason.
