The folks at Heineken must be really bored. The global beer behemoth has taken a swing at a tiny Swiss brew called Keineken, claiming the name infringes on Heineken’s brand. Swiss police seized 1,000 bottles of the stuff in response.

Well, sure, the names are similar, but how much damage could a locally brewed beer in Switzerland really do to Heineken’s worldwide juggernaut? One wonders if the real problem isn’t the meaning of the word keineken: It’s a German pun that apparently translates as “No Heineken.”

C’mon guys, that’s funny!
