The Tunisian plate sounds like a smart order: two perfectly poached eggs set atop a thick stew of roasted tomato, with chunks of merguez and slices of zucchini. “Every bite contained a hunk of poached egg drenched in a flavorful tomato and runny yolk bath,” Leah writes, “followed by an explosion of flavor and texture from the outrageously delicious lamb sausage.”

Choose your drinks from a list that includes sangría, a pineapple Mimosa, a mint-coconut sparkler, and berry or pomegranate-mint Bellinis. Consider this one eatery’s humble contribution to the national recovery. As for recovery from brunch, you’re on your own.
