Canned pumpkin may be in stores year-round, but fall is when Chowhounds start to hanker for all things pumpkin. Whether they’re using canned purée or slicing into fresh sugar pumpkins, ‘hounds are cooking a wide variety of pumpkin dishes ranging from waffles for breakfast to ravioli, soups, and Lebanese kibbeh for dinner.
