Chowhounds have swapped tips for years about kielbasa and other Polish specialties in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Now comes a wave of more wide-ranging arrivals, and among the more promising newcomers is Glasserie, which opened three weeks ago with a local, seasonal menu that highlights flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East in dishes such as labneh sprinkled with za’atar, boreka-like cheese pastries, and lamb tartare with olives and bulgur crackers.
