The Coziest Cocktails to Make When You're Too Cold to Leave the House

With the holidays fast approaching there's no way to deny that winter is surely here. Just because it's too cold to leave the house doesn't mean you can't stick to your post-work-happy-hour routine!  We've rounded up the perfect cozy drinks for spending a Friday night inside, cuddled up on the couch with Netflix and a big, warm blanket. 

Caramel Apple Fizz

Recipe:

1.5 oz. Russell's Reserve 10 Year Bourbon

.5 oz. Lemon juice

.25 oz. Lustau Cream Sherry

.25 oz. Organic Apple Cider

.25 oz. Demerara sugar

Top of dry sparkling wine

Caramel apple rim *dehydrated caramel & apple, crushed into sugar for glass rim

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and garnish with caramel apple rim.

Silver Apple Crisp Punch

Recipe:

26 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin

13 oz. Apple Juice or Cider

6.5 oz. Lime Juice

6.5 oz. Honey

2 Fresh Limes Apples (Green or Red)

Instructions: 

Mix all ingredients in an infusion jar (or punch bowl) and stir thoroughly to dissolve honey. Slice limes into wheels and add to jar. Serve over ice, garnished with lime, apple slices or matchsticks, cinnamon sticks and or thyme.

Gluehwein

Recipe:

3oz. Red Wine (we use Georges DeBuoeuf 2018 Pays d’Oc Pinot Noir)

1 oz The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur

5 Dashes The Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters

Instructions:

Heat ingredients in a pot, stirring constantly. Pour into a tea glass or cup.

Tullamore Toast

Recipe:

40ml Egan’s Irish Whiskey

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Champagne & Mandarin Syrup*

Top Champagne

Instructions:

Shake first 3 ingredients and fine strain into flute. Top up with Champagne & enjoy!

Kentucky Campfire

Recipe:

1.5 oz. Russell's Reserve 10 Year Bourbon

2 oz. Chocolate syrup

6 drops of Orange bitters

Topped off with Soda

Torched mini marshmallows on top

Instructions:

Build the drink in the glass by adding ingredients one by one. When topped off with soda, stir it briskly to make it foam on top like an old school cream soda.
