Virgin Bellini

The Shirley Temple may be the most well-known mocktail, but you can make virgin versions of almost any cocktail, including the classic Bellini. Here, peach nectar and lemon-lime soda combine for a nonalcoholic take on the fizzy favorite.

What to buy: Peach nectar can be found in many Latin grocery stores, and some supermarkets carry one made by R.W. Knudsen.
