Thyme, Rosemary, and Wine Vinegar Dressing

Herbs and Dijon mustard make for a quick salad dressing with bright herb flavor.
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Sea salt and black pepper
1Blend the thyme and rosemary seeds in a food processor or crush them with a mortar and pestle. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine with a whisk.
