Over the Moon Baked Beans

I have worked for some time on making the perfect baked beans that don’t require soaking beans overnight. Taste these and you will think they are from scratch- great for a busy cook’s bar-b-q!!

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2Combine all in a 2 quart saucepan- stir well to combine. (If desired, put all together except bacon and beer and keep cold in refrigerator until 1/2 hour prior to cooking (bring to room temperature)- then add bacon and beer- stir and go to step 3)
  3. 3Place uncovered in the heated oven and cook 40 minutes until bubbly and thick. Enjoy with your meal!
