1Microwave 3 strips of Bacon between paper towels, for 3 minutes. As soon as you start microwave, turn on stove to heat frying pan for eggs.
1Chop one green onion and one small serrano pepper and set aside with small amount of shredded cheese.
2When microwave goes off, take bacon and place in frying pan. Crack eggs on top of bacon and break yolks. Pour on onion mixture with cheese. Remove pan from heat and cook tortilla on burner(gas) When tortilla is done, place egg mixture on tortilla, top with a little jalapeno ranch dressing, and roll up. Yolk should still be a little runny. ENJOY!
This twist on an iconic Southern appetizer doesn't just taste amazing – Muffuletta Deviled Eggs are presented beautifully with piped centers, crispy salami, and fresh chives.
Poach an Egg
Former CHOW.com associate food editor Aida Mollenkamp demonstrates how to achieve the perfect poach. Poached eggs can be kept refrigerated for a day or two; in the second segment, Aida shows how to reheat the cooled egg. Poached eggs are a lovely accent to many dishes—breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner. We like them in the almost-classic Salade Lyonnaisey and in this Roasted Asparagus with Poached Eggs and Miso Butter.
